You have only a limited knowledge of the Swiss national languages and are looking for a job? Then InnoPark is the right place for you. For specialists and managers who have a very good command of English, we offer an English-language program for reintegration into the Swiss job market. The English Program is generally 80 percent and is suitable for specialists and managers from all sectors. The prerequisite is that you are looking for work and have completed an apprenticeship including further training.
Our program enables you to make profitable use of your period of unemployment and to acquire additional skills alongside your job search. The focus is on project management as well as job application and communication training. All courses and coaching sessions are held in English and participants learn about the Swiss job market and its specifics in detail. Our success speaks for itself: hundreds of job-seeking participants have already completed the program and found a new job.

You are looking for a job, registered with the RAV and you live in a Swiss canton. Your English skills correspond to at least a B2–C1 level. The attendance requirement is usually 80 percent or 32 days. On working days when neither courses nor workshops are taking place, you will have the opportunity to work on your tasks in the office premises within the framework of the 80 percent rule.
If required, the programme duration can also be individually arranged or extended (e.g. with a project work). The examination costs for the IPMA Level D Agile project management certificate of CHF 400 per person are not included in the basic price and must be booked separately. For participants from German-speaking Switzerland, the courses and workshops marked with ‘Presence’ take place in Baar or in Zurich.
